Cancellation/No-Show Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. We please ask that you cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancelation or no-show fee. In case of a no-call, no-show, we charge 100% of the appointment. There will be no refunds for deposits or fees. If you are 10mins late we will have to mark you as a cancelation and charge you 50% of the service cost. This ensures our other clients after you, will have their time slot still available and our stylist's time is respected.

Courses and Refund Policy

There are no refunds of course deposits or payments. Deposits are able to be transferred to another course date, not another kind of course.

Appointment Availablility

Our availability is listed when you go to book a service with us. If there isn't a time available that would work for you, give us a call and we might be able to fit you in!

Sometimes our booking system will show there is no available appointments but try to call us to see if there is one for you!

Unsatisfied Results (Rare)

If your lashes were to fall out within 24 hours of the service time due to an application error (which may need proof of error), you will be able to have a free touch up by the original artist within the following 4 days of the original service date or what we have first available for appointments. Due to the price of product and wages, we are unable to offer refunds but will be allowed a free touch up as mentioned above. This is subject to change at anytime. Thank you.
